Terms of Service

Last updated: May 23, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Fly Spectra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Fly Spectra provides web design, digital marketing, and related services for small businesses in Connecticut and the surrounding region. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Web Design and Development
  • Local SEO
  • Google Business Profile Optimization
  • Lead Generation Systems
  • AI Automation (chatbots, missed-call text-back, AI receptionists)

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Web design projects are billed flat-fee with a typical schedule of 50% deposit at kickoff and 50% at launch. Ongoing services (SEO, maintenance, AI automation) are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month — no long-term contracts.

4. Scope of Work

Each project includes a written scope confirmed before work begins. Changes outside the original scope require a written change order before any additional work proceeds. We do not perform unauthorized scope expansions or surprise upcharges.

5. Cancellation Policy

For project-based work, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. For ongoing monthly services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice; no early-termination fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver on schedule, you agree to provide:

  • Required content (text, photos, logo, branding assets) in a timely manner
  • Timely feedback at scheduled review checkpoints
  • Necessary access (Google Business Profile, hosting, domain registrar) as needed for the project

Delays caused by missing content or feedback may extend project timelines.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website, content, and source files we produce for you. We retain rights to display non-confidential project work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Warranties and Limitations

We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or lead volumes — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing.
